• An intellectual property strategy that is unique, enhances or improves lives and establishes a defensible market position.
• A technology development strategy that provides tangible and realistic timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
• A talented and dedicated staff capable of executing all aspects of a successful business venture.

We look to invest in regional start-up or early-stage companies requiring $100,000 to $500,000 with an established exit strategy. As the lead investor in most cases, we look to form good strategic and capital partnerships to share and manage early-stage investment risk.
